The Hollywoof Pet Resort is a well-established and reputable pet boarding facility in Lakeland, FL. The resort offers top-notch services including dog boarding, doggy daycare, and pet grooming. The staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring that every pet receives personalized attention and care. The resort's cleanliness and maintenance are commendable, with a well-organized and spacious facility that allows pets to move freely and comfortably. The staff is friendly and approachable, making owners feel at ease when leaving their pets in their care. While some owners have reported minor issues with pricing, overall, the resort's rates are considered competitive and reasonable for the quality of service provided. However, one major issue that has been reported by several owners is the lack of effective communication and follow-up when issues arise. It appears that the resort may not always respond promptly or thoroughly to concerns raised by owners, which can lead to frustration and mistrust.Overall, the Hollywoof Pet Resort is a good option for pet owners who are looking for a reliable and trustworthy boarding facility. However, owners should be aware of the potential for minor issues and be prepared to communicate effectively with the staff to ensure their pet's needs are met.
