This location offers a welcoming atmosphere with a strong sense of community. Many residents appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the park, with some mentioning the beautiful mobile homes and well-kept grounds. The park's location, with direct access to Lake Seminole, is a notable advantage for those who enjoy boating or fishing. The resident-owned model of the park contributes to its low monthly fees and sense of ownership among residents. However, not all residents are equally satisfied. Some mention issues with the smell of red tide and health problems caused by it. Overall, the park seems to be well-managed, with a variety of activities and a strong sense of community. While it may not be perfect, it appears to be a great option for those looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, especially in retirement. It's worth noting that some residents mention that the park's rules and regulations, such as the prohibition on animals, may be a drawback for some people. Additionally, the park's leadership and management seem to be highly respected by the residents, which is a testament to the park's overall quality and community spirit.
