This mobile home park offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. The park has a wide range of features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, and accepts various payment methods. However, some residents have reported issues with maintenance, high rent prices, and poor management.
Despite the issues, some residents have praised the park's cleanliness, beautiful central area, and friendly residents. The park also has a pool, community room, and various activities for residents. However, there are also reports of rat infestation, broken-down trailers, and poor management practices.
One major issue that has been consistently reported is the poor management of the park. Some residents have described the management as rude, unhelpful, and discriminatory. There have also been reports of lies and mismanagement by the property manager and the Home Owner Association president.
On the other hand, some residents have praised the park's location, which is close to the beach and has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The park's amenities, such as the pool and community room, have also been well-received by some residents.
Overall, this mobile home park has both its pros and cons. While it offers a range of amenities and a peaceful location, it is also plagued by issues with management, maintenance, and rent prices. Potential residents should carefully consider these factors before making a decision.
