The Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration Area is a convenient and comfortable hotel, but it has some areas for improvement. The hotel's location is its greatest strength, with easy access to Disney World and other attractions in the area. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some team members, like Luz and Veronica, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
However, the hotel's rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear. While they are clean and spacious, they could use some updates to the furniture and decor. The bathrooms are clean, but the showers could be improved with better water pressure and temperature control.
One of the major drawbacks of the hotel is the noise level. Rooms facing the main road can be very loud, especially during rush hour. This can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is essential for a comfortable stay.
Another issue is the breakfast service. While the buffet is varied and affordable, the staff can be slow to restock and attend to guests. This can lead to frustration and a negative experience.
On the positive side, the hotel's amenities, such as the heated spa and outdoor pools, are a great bonus. The fitness center is well-equipped and clean, and the business center is convenient for guests who need to work on the go.
Overall, the Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration Area is a solid choice for families and couples looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the Orlando area. However, it may not be the best option for those seeking a luxurious or high-end experience.
Some issues to consider:
* The hotel's rooms could use some updates to the furniture and decor.
* The noise level in rooms facing the main road can be very loud.
* The breakfast service can be slow and unattentive.
* The hotel's website and online booking system can be difficult to navigate.
However, the hotel's strengths, including its convenient location and friendly staff, make it a great option for many travelers. With some attention to the areas mentioned above, the Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration Area could become an even better choice for travelers in the Orlando area.
