Hogan Truck Leasing & Rental is a reliable car and truck rental agency located in Tampa City. The business offers on-site parking, accepts credit cards, and has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The agency also provides onsite services, which is a plus for customers who need assistance with their rentals. The working hours of Hogan Truck Leasing & Rental are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, which may not be suitable for customers who need rentals on weekends. However, the agency's phone number and website are available for customers to make inquiries and bookings. The agency has received positive feedback from customers, with many praising the teamwork and excellent customer service provided by the staff. The facility is also described as beautiful, and the rental and leasing staff are commended for their professionalism and understanding of customer needs. However, there is a notable negative review from a customer who had a poor experience with one of the mechanics, Moises, who was reportedly unprofessional and rude in his uniform. This incident may indicate a need for the agency to address staff behavior and ensure that customers receive consistent and respectful service.
