The Hino of Lakeland/Florida Kenworth location on N Combee Rd in Lakeland City offers a wide range of services including sales, parts, service, and finance for Hino trucks. The dealership has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards, and customers can opt for in-store pickup for service options. The working hours are regular, with the dealership open from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. However, it's closed on weekends. A client who visited the dealership had a negative experience, waiting all day for an oil change that was supposed to take only an hour. Another client had a positive experience, praising the great service they received from the dealership. However, there were also complaints about the parts team not being helpful, and shipping the wrong part to the wrong address. The dealership is an authorized Hino Light Duty and Medium Duty Truck Dealer, and they also offer Remote Diagnostics and Telematics. The only issue at this location is long wait times for service.
