The staff seems to be professional and knowledgeable, as seen from the example of Paulina Reyes' helpfulness in renting a pavilion for a birthday party. Visitors have appreciated the efforts to clean up retention ponds and maintenance of the park area.However, there seems to be an issue with water clarity in some of the ponds. One visitor mentioned a slimy green pond that was difficult to see through, and asked how to get rid of the green to improve visibility.
