I visited this Community & Government location, located in Building 10802, Hackney Dr Drive, Riverview City. The staff at the Community Service office was very friendly and welcoming. However, I had to wait for a bit to be seen, but it was worth the wait. They have a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, which is great for people with mobility issues. I liked the services they provided, but I think they could improve the overall quality of their programs. The office itself was clean and organized. I appreciated the Hillsborough Association co-branding. It's great to see partnerships like this in the community. I was a bit surprised by the high pricing of some of the services, but I understand that they have to cover costs. Overall, this is a solid community resource, but they could use some tweaks. One thing that could be improved is the wait time for services, which can be a bit frustrating at times.
