The location offers a great place to stay, but it has its downsides. The villa is lovely, with a good size and comfortable living area. The pool is a nice touch, but it needs more maintenance. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, and the games room is a letdown. The villa could be cleaner, and the pool area is in need of some TLC. The area itself is lovely, close to shops and quiet, but the villa's condition lets it down. There's also an issue with cleanliness, as the reviewer had to hose down the pool area themselves to make it usable. The reviewer also had issues with the neighbors' dogs leaving messes on the front lawn. The villa's condition is not up to par, with old and dirty furniture, and the beds are uncomfortable. The ceiling fans are also dusty and need cleaning. The reviewer had a bad experience with the pool, getting ill after using it, and suggests that it may need new filters. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but the villa's condition and maintenance issues are significant drawbacks.
