This Highland Smoke Shop & Convenience is a small business that offers a wide variety of products, including tobacco, convenience items, and food. The store has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for customers with disabilities to visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some customers praising the owner's knowledge and assistance. The store has a huge selection of products, including vapes, Razz bars, and other items. However, one customer had a negative experience with the prices, feeling that they were higher than at other vape stores. This is worth noting, as some customers may be deterred by the prices.Overall, the store has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner is responsive to customer feedback and willing to make things right when issues arise. With its wide selection and affordable prices, this store is a great option for customers in the area. One area for improvement is the need for the staff to finish with one customer before attending to another, as one customer felt rushed and neglected. This can help to improve customer service and create a more positive experience for visitors.
