This business location offers a pleasant overall experience. However, the quality of the homes and community features is average, lacking a certain wow factor. The community seems to be well-planned with accessible entrances and parking for people with disabilities. The Highland Homes brand is well-known and trusted. The homes themselves are described as beautiful and perfect for raising a family. The location is also a big plus, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and socialization. The only noticeable drawback is that some community features feel generic and not particularly innovative. For instance, meditation and play areas, while nice, don't stand out in any particular way. The community gathering spaces are a nice touch, but they're not particularly unique. The pricing for the homes seems to be very competitive, with many reviewers praising their value for the price. This is likely one of the reasons why the business has received such high ratings from clients. Overall, this is a solid choice for those looking for a family-friendly community with nice homes at a good price.
