This business has a good reputation overall, but some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service. While some customers have reported excellent experiences with Dr. Jurbala and his staff, others have had issues with rude receptionists, long wait times, and poor communication. Prices are competitive and the innovative approach to carpal tunnel surgery is a major plus for many customers. However, some customers have reported that the doctor's focus on making money takes precedence over the patient's needs. Despite these issues, the business has a strong reputation and many customers have reported excellent results from the surgery.
