This location is a great resource for anyone in the Tampa City area looking for construction and development services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is well-maintained. The building materials and metal fabrication services offered here are top-notch, and the high-quality products are a major plus. The address, Building 15644, N Himes Ave Avenue, is easy to find and navigate, and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. Additionally, the entrance to the facility is also wheelchair accessible, making it a great option for people with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the lack of weekend hours is a drawback, and some customers may find it inconvenient. However, the regular working hours from Monday to Friday are consistent and reliable. The High Nines Group co-branding adds credibility and trust to the business, and it's a great sign that they're committed to excellence. Overall, this location is a solid choice for those in the area, but it's worth noting that the pricing could be improved to make the services more competitive.
