The location of the Hibbett Sports store on Cypress Parkway in Kissimmee, Florida is a decent spot for shoppers looking for athletic shoes, apparel, and accessories. The quality of products is generally good, with many customers praising the variety and selection of items available. However, some customers have noted that the store's inventory can be inconsistent, with popular items sometimes being out of stock. Pricing is generally competitive, with some customers feeling that the prices are a bit high for some items. The store's innovativeness is also a bit of a mixed bag, with some customers appreciating the store's efforts to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and releases, while others feel that the store's selection is not particularly unique or innovative. Overall, the store seems to be a solid choice for customers looking for a convenient and accessible shopping experience. One issue that stands out is the inconsistent inventory, with some customers reporting that popular items are often out of stock. This can be frustrating for customers who are looking for specific items and may need to visit the store multiple times before finding what they need. Additionally, some customers have reported difficulties with customer service, including long wait times and unhelpful staff. However, many customers have also had positive experiences with the store's staff, who are often friendly and knowledgeable. With a bit more attention to inventory management and customer service, this store could be a real winner.
