The location, operated under the name of HI 5 tobacco and vapor. Smoke Shop, appears to be a well-organized store offering a wide range of products, including electronics, smoke, cigars, and vaporizers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with many customers praising their helpfulness and expertise. Emily, Desmond, Duvi, Adriana, Austin, Blake, and Zach are some of the employees who have been mentioned positively in customer reviews. However, some customers have reported issues with the store's hours, with a few instances of being locked out or finding the store closed despite the listed hours. The owner has acknowledged these issues and apologized for any inconvenience caused. Despite these occasional problems, the store's customers seem to appreciate the wide selection of products and the competitive prices. The store also offers rewards and discounts, making it a popular destination for customers. Overall, the location is well-regarded for its quality and pricing, but could improve in terms of innovativeness.
