The office at Building 421, Apollo Beach Blvd Boulevard, Apollo Beach City offers excellent medical services and expert orthodontic care. The dentists and staff are highly skilled and very friendly, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients of all ages. The facility is well-maintained and easily accessible, with plenty of parking available.A patient with experience at this location praises the expertise of Dr. Hess, stating that he and his team are incredibly talented and kind. They highlight the wonderful service received from assistants such as Josie, who is described as polite and friendly. Many patients have given high praise for the entire staff, mentioning their professionalism, politeness, and quickness in attending to their needs. The office seems to go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, with amenities like coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. However, one patient had a disappointing experience, feeling unwelcome at the initial greeting and having to wait an hour for an appointment. Another patient was unhappy with the customer service, feeling that the staff was snarky and rude to them. The office offers convenient scheduling and flexible hours, making it easy for patients to fit in appointments. The location is also praised for its cleanliness and organization. It's worth noting that the office seems to have some issues with follow-through and communication, as several patients have mentioned being told to come back another day for certain procedures or being kept waiting for extended periods. However, overall, the patients seem to be very happy with the care and service they receive at this location.
