The business location is situated in a convenient spot in Eagle Ridge Mall, making it easily accessible for customers. The overall atmosphere is casual, which suits families and individuals alike. The staff is friendly and welcoming, as seen in several reviews where customers appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. The business offers a wide variety of ice cream flavors, sundaes, and other treats, making it a great destination for those with a sweet tooth. The prices are reasonable, with some customers even mentioning that they are on the lower side. However, one customer felt that the ice cream was too hard and had a low quality experience. The business is also committed to making adjustments to improve customer satisfaction, such as updating their operating hours and taking feedback seriously. Unfortunately, some customers have had negative experiences with the staff, feeling that they were unpleasant and stingy. Overall, the business has its strengths and weaknesses, but it seems to be making an effort to improve and provide a better experience for its customers.
