This location, Hernando County Fire Rescue, is a community-driven fire station that serves the area. The address is Building 13240, Spring Hill Dr Drive, Spring Hill City, making it a convenient spot for those in need. The phone number is +13525404353, and the website is https://www.hernandocounty.us/firerescue, providing a wealth of information about the services offered. The station is open 24/7, making it easily accessible for emergency situations. The fire station has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it inclusive for everyone. The amenities include a restroom, which is a nice touch. The station is also part of the Hernando County Fire Rescue - Station 3, which suggests a strong partnership and coordination between different teams.Unfortunately, the fire station has a significant issue with responsiveness to community concerns. As mentioned by a visitor, they called numerous times about neighbors burning plastics and plastics, but the station claimed there was nothing they could do. This lack of support for community members is concerning and highlights the need for improvement in their services. On a more positive note, the fire station has received praise for their exceptional service and professionalism. They have responded to emergencies with kindness and respect, making a significant difference in the lives of those they help. The workers have even stopped by patients' rooms in the ER to check on them, showing a level of care and compassion that is truly commendable. The location is described as clean and well-maintained, which is a testament to the hard work of the firefighters and support staff. It's a place where people can count on receiving help in their time of need.Overall, while there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness to community concerns, the Hernando County Fire Rescue station is a valuable resource for the area.
