This location is a pleasant place to live. The atmosphere is calm and serene. The residents here get along well and there's a sense of community. There are lots of kids around, but not too much traffic which is a relief. The housing is beautiful and well-maintained. It seems the management takes good care of the complex. A downside is the lack of clarity on some of the policies and procedures.
