The business has received overall rating of 4.4 from third party. Some clients have had positive experiences, such as working with Laura, Marie, and other representatives who were persistent, on-time, and knowledgeable about the home building process. They also provided regular updates and were responsive to clients' needs.
However, there have been some issues. Some clients have experienced problems, such as a community fence that was not completed, leaving the community open to trespassers. They have also had issues with repairs that were not addressed in a timely manner, leading to frustration with the company. Additionally, some clients have felt that they were not given enough time to decide on options, and there have been issues with financing.
The business has responded to these issues, with some representatives acknowledging the problems and offering to help resolve them. However, it seems that there are still some issues that need to be addressed.
Overall, this business location has a mix of positive and negative experiences. While they have some great representatives and offer a range of services, they also have some issues that need to be addressed. It's worth doing some further research before making a decision.
