Heritage Builders is a reliable custom home builder with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The company's waterfront home designs are well-designed and constructed with great care, making it a popular choice for clients seeking a beautiful and functional home. The builders are responsive and punctual, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction. While the company's warranty policies may be a subject of controversy, as evidenced by one client's negative experience with paver settlement, it seems that the issue was caused by external factors, such as the storage of heavy equipment in the driveway. The company's attempts to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution demonstrate their commitment to customer service. One notable highlight is the company's attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. As one client noted, the builders go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project meets their standards. This level of dedication to quality is commendable and sets the company apart from others in the industry. However, some clients have reported issues with the company's warranty policies, which can be a concern for homebuyers. It's essential for potential clients to carefully review the warranty terms and conditions before making a decision.Overall, Heritage Builders is a reputable custom home builder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality homes. While there may be some areas for improvement, the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in their work.
