The staff is known for being friendly and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising their expertise and willingness to help. The store has a wide selection of products, including hard-to-find items, and the prices are often competitive. One of the standout features of this business is its commitment to innovation, with regular updates and new products being added to the shelves. However, there is one issue that has been raised by a reviewer, who had a poor experience with customer service. Despite this, the majority of reviewers have had positive experiences and would recommend the business to others. The store is located in a convenient location, with a parking lot and wheelchair-accessible entrance. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a chill vibe and pool tables available for customers to enjoy. The business also has a partnership with a nearby convenience store, making it easy for customers to pick up any essentials they may need. While some reviewers have mentioned that the store can get busy, the staff is generally helpful and accommodating. Many reviewers have praised the store's selection of kratom tea, with some even saying it's the best they've tried in town. The store also offers a loyalty rewards program, which is a nice touch.Overall, this business is a great destination for those looking for a wide selection of products and excellent customer service.
