I've lived in Henley Tampa Palms for a year now, and I must say that the complex has its pros and cons. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean, with a nice garage attached. The maintenance team is generally responsive and helpful, although sometimes it takes a few days to get issues fixed. The pool and gym areas are well-maintained, and the community events are nice. However, I've had issues with pests in my unit, and the trash situation is a bit of a problem, with raccoons getting into the trash cans and creating a mess. One thing that I'd like to see improved is the customer service from the office staff. Sometimes it takes a few phone calls or emails to get someone to respond to a question or issue. Additionally, the complex could use some more amenities, such as a dog park or a community garden.Despite these issues, I've enjoyed living in Henley Tampa Palms, and I think it's a good option for people who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live. However, potential residents should be aware of the potential issues with pests and trash, and the complex's limitations when it comes to customer service and amenities. The new management team seems to be working hard to address some of these issues, and I appreciate their efforts to improve the community. Overall, I would give Henley Tampa Palms 4 out of 5 stars.
