The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for customers with mobility issues. However, one customer had a disappointing experience due to a birth injury, which led to a delay in receiving proper care. Despite this, the majority of customers have had positive experiences, praising the staff for being professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The audiologists, particularly Dr. Janine Palmeri, have been highly praised for their expertise and patience. Customers appreciate the convenience of getting in and out quickly, with some appointments taking as little as 10-15 minutes. However, one customer mentioned that the first location they visited was understaffed, which led to a poor experience. Overall, the location seems to provide good quality service, but there is room for improvement in terms of staffing and addressing complex cases. The pricing appears to be competitive, and the innovativeness of the staff in addressing customer needs is notable.
