This business has a great overall experience. I had a good visit here, the restroom was clean and wheelchair accessible. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the quality of care received here was not up to par. The doctor was not knowledgeable about my condition and did not take my symptoms seriously. The visit felt rushed and I did not get the attention I needed. On the other hand, the pricing was reasonable, which was a plus. The location is also convenient for those living in the area. I also appreciate the co-branding with Heart of Florida, which adds credibility to the business. However, there were some issues with communication and I did not feel like I was heard. The cardiologist's bedside manner was also lacking, which made me feel uncomfortable. Despite this, I think the business has a lot of potential and with some improvements, it could be a great place to receive medical care.
