The business has a relatively good reputation, but there are some areas that could be improved. The quality of care seems to be average, with some patients expressing satisfaction with their treatment but also some complaints about long wait times and rude staff. The pricing is considered good, but some patients have experienced issues with billing and payments. The innovativeness of the business is also decent, but some patients have mentioned that the staff could be more qualified. The biggest issue that seems to be consistent across many reviews is the long wait times, which can be frustrating for patients who have to spend several hours in the waiting room. Overall, the business seems to be average, but it could improve by addressing these issues. There is a noticeable pattern of patients expressing frustration with the long wait times, which can be a significant issue for people who have to spend several hours in the waiting room. This suggests that the business could improve by streamlining their appointment scheduling process or hiring more staff to reduce wait times. Additionally, some patients have mentioned that the staff could be more qualified, which could be an issue for patients who require specialized care.
