This location has a professional atmosphere, evident from the employees who are happy to help. All of them, especially Joshua, Cheryl, and other staff, are patient and very knowledgeable about their business. They are able to find the best option for their clients and make the process easier for them. The location is also very clean and well-organized. A person can easily find parking and access the building without any difficulty. However, this location does not have much of a variety of options for clients. Also, most clients are seniors. The overall experience is very good. But sometimes there might be a bit of confusion regarding insurance policies. This could be the result of misinformation about other health insurance agencies and sales people who work at the social security office.
