The business location, Heal By Touch, has a great overall score. The atmosphere of the spa is described as clean, calm, and inviting, which is reflected in the high quality score. The pricing is also reasonable, with most reviewers commenting on the great price they paid for their services. The innovativeness score is lower, likely due to the limited variety of services offered. However, the staff is knowledgeable and skilled, and the float therapy and massage sessions are highly effective in relieving pain and stress. Many reviewers have commented on the exceptional customer service they received, with therapists like Ashley, Amber, and Toiya being particularly praised for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. The facilities are well-maintained, with clean and comfortable equipment, and the staff is welcoming and accommodating. Some reviewers have mentioned that the experience was enhanced by the calming atmosphere, with features like the water wall, warm temperatures, and soothing music contributing to a relaxing experience. Others have appreciated the personalized attention they received from their therapists, who took the time to listen to their concerns and tailor the session to their specific needs. One reviewer had a negative experience with a male therapist, Miguel, who they felt was unprofessional and overpriced. However, this was an isolated incident, and the majority of reviewers have had a positive experience with the staff.Overall, Heal By Touch is a great option for those looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The staff is knowledgeable and skilled, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the pricing is reasonable. While there may be some variability in the quality of service, the majority of reviewers have been satisfied with their experience.
