The Hernando County Public Library System is a wonderful community resource. The Brooksville location is well-located on Windmere Rd Road, making it easily accessible. The library's accessibility features, including a wheelchair accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity. The West Hernando Branch, Spring Hill Branch, Main Library/Brooksville, and East Hernando Branch all offer a wealth of materials and services to the community. The library's phone number is readily available for patrons to call with questions or to request assistance. Unfortunately, a lack of free Wi-Fi in the parking lot or surrounding areas might be a drawback for those looking to stay connected while on-the-go. Despite this, the library's website is well-maintained and provides a wealth of information about upcoming events and services. Overall, the Hernando County Public Library System is a valuable resource for the community, offering a quiet space to study and learn, as well as a wide range of books, media, and programs for all ages. The staff is friendly and helpful, making visitors feel welcome and supported.
