They were very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of care I received. The doctor seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly. Additionally, the billing process was confusing and I was charged more than I expected.One area where this facility excels is in its use of innovative technology. The electronic health record system they use is very user-friendly and allows for easy access to my medical history and test results. This has been a game-changer for me, especially since I have multiple health conditions and need to keep track of my treatments and medications.Despite some areas of concern, I would still recommend this facility to others. The staff is caring and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained.
