This Cuba travel agency has earned a perfect score for its overall quality of service. With a rating of 5.0, it's clear that they have been able to consistently deliver exceptional experiences for their clients. The quality of their tours, guides, and accommodations is also impressive, with a rating of 4.9. While their pricing might not be the cheapest option, it's worth the cost considering the high level of service provided. The agency's willingness to innovate and improve their offerings is also noteworthy, with a rating of 4.9. The agency is great at communicating and promptly responding to clients. They are also very friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide range of tours and experiences, from Havana day trips to 8-day personalized tours of the country. The agency has a strong focus on cultural immersion and ensuring that clients experience the real Cuba. One issue that could be improved upon is the comfort of their classic cars, which might be a bit of a challenge for some clients.
