This business is an excellent choice for car owners seeking convenient and reliable services. With a broad range of offerings, including oil change, repair services, and car detailing, it's no wonder Hazberg Mobile Service and Repair LLC has received high praise from clients. The business's flexibility in accommodating customers' schedules, particularly on weekends and evenings, sets it apart from traditional repair shops. Ed's expertise and willingness to go above and beyond, even providing free services on occasion, demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. While some clients have mentioned longer wait times, the overall quality of service and price competitiveness have earned Hazberg Mobile a loyal following.
Overall, the business has a minor issue with inconsistent wait times, which can be frustrating for customers. However, this does not detract from the high-quality work and exceptional customer service provided by Ed and his team. With a little attention to timing, Hazberg Mobile Service and Repair LLC would be nearly perfect.
