This location is a well-established home builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes at competitive prices. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, with many clients praising their excellent customer service. Gloria Segrera, in particular, stands out for her exceptional expertise and dedication to helping clients find their dream homes. However, one client had a disappointing experience due to a pushy and rushed representative, which highlights the need for better customer interaction. The location is open on most weekdays, with extended hours on weekends, making it convenient for clients to visit and explore the available homes. The variety of homes, including spacious townhomes, charming bungalows, and beautiful single-family homes, caters to different tastes and budgets. While some clients have reported issues with the quality of construction, such as poorly installed AC refrigerant lines and buckling flooring, these seem to be isolated incidents.Overall, this location is a solid choice for those looking for affordable and well-designed homes, but it's essential to be aware of the potential for variability in customer service and quality of construction. The major issue at this location is the potential for variability in customer service and quality of construction, which could impact the overall experience for potential buyers.
