This location seems to provide good services. The staff is friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable. However, there are some issues with the wait times and the billing department. Some patients have reported long waits and difficulties with getting appointments. The billing department has also been criticized for being unhelpful and unresponsive. On the other hand, the location has a convenient location with on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility. The doctors are experienced and take the time to explain everything to their patients. They have a wide range of services available, including surgery and hearing aid testing. Overall, this location seems to be a good choice for those in need of ear, nose, and throat care, but it may not be the best option for those with urgent needs or those who are looking for a more personalized experience. One major issue is the long wait times and the inefficient scheduling system, which can be frustrating for patients.
