Harshman and Company, Inc. is a well-established commercial real estate agency that has been serving the Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties for a long time. The agency has a wide range of services, including brokerage, consulting, and property management, which makes it a one-stop shop for all business owners' real estate needs. The agency's staff is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and they are always ready to assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have. The agency's office is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for clients with mobility issues. The office is also open during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm, which is convenient for clients who need to drop by during working hours. One minor issue I noticed is that the agency's office does not have Saturday hours, which may not be convenient for clients who have busy schedules during the weekdays. However, this is a small drawback considering the agency's overall excellent services and knowledgeable staff.Overall, Harshman and Company, Inc. is a reputable and reliable commercial real estate agency that can help business owners achieve their goals. Their wide range of services, experienced staff, and wheelchair accessibility make them a great choice for anyone looking for commercial real estate solutions.
