I was impressed with the quality of services provided by Harris & Hahn, PA. Their team is knowledgeable and professional, especially Brenden, who has been a great help to me as a new business owner. He took the time to explain my taxes each step of the way and was extremely patient and understanding. Ginny Harris also prepared my taxes for several years and I was very pleased with her knowledge of tax laws and professionalism. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to visit. One area for improvement could be their attention to detail, as there was a mistake made in my tax return in 2017, resulting in penalties and interest. Despite their mistake, the office did not offer to cover the costs, which was disappointing. Overall, I would highly recommend this firm for their quality services and excellent staff. The business has an excellent client-retention rate and offers a unique, low-pressure approach to personal and professional services. However, it's worth noting that the office is only open on weekdays, and it's recommended to make an appointment.
