The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. It's open on weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00, which might not be suitable for weekend celebrations. Despite the limited hours, the staff is very helpful, as seen in previous clients' experiences. Great service is a guarantee with Debbie and Austin on the team. The store is a part of Harold's Rentals, so you can expect a reliable and high-quality experience. The available credit and debit card payments are convenient for those in need of immediate assistance. However, there's a slight issue with the limited operating hours, which might cause inconvenience to some clients. Despite this, the store's wheelchair accessibility is a great feature, making it inclusive for everyone. The business has a great relationship with its clients, evident in the perfect ratings received from previous customers. It's a great place to rent party equipment and enjoy a memorable event.
