This location has a strong reputation for its affordability and quality of products. Many customers have praised the staff for being helpful and knowledgeable, with some even noting that the employees went above and beyond to assist with finding specific tools or addressing questions. The store's inventory is well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide range of tools and hardware available. However, a few customers have mentioned that the store can be a bit disorganized at times, and some have had issues with returning defective items. Despite this, the majority of customers have been satisfied with their experience at this location. The staff is generally friendly and willing to help, but some have noted that it can be difficult to find someone to assist with certain tasks or questions. Overall, this location is a solid choice for anyone in need of tools or hardware, but may benefit from some improvements in inventory management and customer service.
