Happy Trails MHP is a mixed bag, with a location that's hard to beat, but some issues with management and maintenance. The park is clean and well-maintained, with a quiet and safe atmosphere. The lots are relatively close together, but the neighborhood is pleasant. The management has been accused of being overwhelming and unbearable, with some residents experiencing issues with reliability, rudeness, and contradicting rules. There have been reports of discriminatory practices and a lack of accountability. On the other hand, some residents have praised the park's cleanliness, friendly staff, and quiet atmosphere. The park has a reputation for being a good value, with low lot rents and a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. However, some residents have experienced issues with parking, and the park's infrastructure is showing signs of wear. Overall, Happy Trails MHP is a decent option for those looking for an affordable place to live, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues with management and maintenance.
