This business location has some strengths and weaknesses. On one hand, the store has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with friendly staff and a great selection of healthy puppies. The store's prices are also competitive, which is a major plus. However, there are some concerns about the quality of care provided to the animals. Some customers have reported seeing dirty cages and litter boxes, and some animals have appeared to be neglected or unhealthy. One notable issue is the way some customers have been treated, with some staff members being dismissive or even aggressive when confronted about animal welfare concerns. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.Despite some of the criticisms, the store has also received many positive reviews from customers who have had great experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the store's prices are reasonable. To improve, the store needs to focus on providing better care for the animals and addressing customer concerns in a more professional and respectful manner. With some effort, this could be a great place for people to find a new pet.The store's location is also convenient, and the staff is welcoming. The selection of pets and supplies is also impressive, with a great variety of breeds and products.Overall, while there are some concerns, this business location has a lot of potential and could be a great place for people to find a new pet.
