The staff is very kind and welcoming, with employees like Melody, Kim, Jess, and Dr. Robin receiving praise for their care and bedside manner. However, the scheduling system seems to be a major issue, as one patient had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen, even after arriving on time. Another patient had a frustrating experience with long wait times and unresponsive staff. The office's lack of clear communication and availability of certain services, such as hard contact lenses, can be a source of disappointment.
