Hand and Stone East Brunswick provides professional spa services at affordable prices, 7 days a week. The location is well-maintained and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some exceptions. The therapists are skilled and attentive, with some providing exceptional service. However, there have been some issues with consistency in service quality and responsiveness to customer needs. One notable issue is the handling of membership credits and billing, which can be confusing and sometimes results in unexpected charges. However, the management team has shown a willingness to listen and make things right when issues arise. The pricing of services is generally competitive, with some options available for those on a budget. The menu of services is diverse and caters to various needs and preferences. Some customers have appreciated the ability to schedule appointments online and receive reminders.Overall, Hand and Stone East Brunswick is a solid choice for those seeking spa services in the area. While there are some areas for improvement, the staff's efforts to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment are commendable. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency, this location could truly excel in providing exceptional customer experiences.
