This preschool located at Building 1511, 6th St SE Street in Winter Haven City offers a comfortable environment for children to learn and grow. The staff is dedicated and passionate about their work, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the kids. The hours of operation are convenient, with consistent working hours from 6:30 am to 7 pm on weekdays, allowing parents to plan their schedules accordingly. However, it's worth noting that the center is closed on weekends, which may not be ideal for families who need care during this time. The building itself is wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated parking lot and entrance, making it easy for parents with mobility issues to access the center. Additionally, the center is co-branded with Hand Prints Academy, suggesting a strong partnership and potentially wider resources for the children.Unfortunately, there have been reports of inattentiveness among the staff, which is a major concern. A parent claimed that a child's fever was dismissed, and when they returned to pick up their child, they were informed it was their last day due to staffing issues, without a refund for the registration fee. This incident highlights the need for better communication and attention to the well-being of the children.Overall, while the center has its strengths, such as a convenient location and dedicated staff, it's essential for the management to address the issues and ensure that the children receive the care and attention they deserve.
