They also provide excellent customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.Their pricing is very reasonable, with no hidden fees or surprises. They offer transparent pricing and always communicate clearly about the work that needs to be done.However, one major issue is that there was one customer who had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at this location. The technician did not secure everything properly, and while the customer was driving, the hub plate fell off and her car is now shaking. On top of that, the tire wasn't even properly balanced. This was a serious issue that could have caused an accident. Despite this isolated incident, Hancock Tire & Auto has an excellent reputation and a long history of providing top-notch service to its customers.
