Medallion Home is a well-known home builder in Sarasota, Florida, offering luxury homes in Central and Southwest Florida. The company has a good reputation, but there are some issues to consider. The address of the company is Building 3518, Quiver Ct Court, Sarasota City. The working hours of the company are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00, with an exception of Sunday when it starts at 11:00.The company's website is https://www.medallionhome.com/community/hampton-lakes%3Futm_source%3Dlocal%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_campaign%3Dgmb, and the phone number is +18668845095. The company's accessibility features include a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Some customers have had a great experience with Medallion Home, praising the beauty of the homes and the friendly neighbors. However, there have been some issues with responsiveness, punctuality, quality, and professionalism. One customer had a issue with their home being completed 2 years late and being penalized with a 5% increase in the price. They also had issues with the construction company denying to fix some problems, even though it was clearly mentioned in the contract.Another customer was unhappy with the development rate of the area, stating that it will be just another suburban sprawl. Additionally, the traffic in the area is heavy, making it a long drive to the beach.
