The Halo Head Spa provides a luxurious and relaxing experience, with a serene environment that immediately sets the tone for a rejuvenating visit. The staff, particularly Lorianna, Elizabeth, and Bella, are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain each step of the service, making guests feel comfortable and at ease. The scalp treatment and massage are particularly noteworthy, with the use of organic products and a soothing atmosphere creating a truly unique and beneficial experience. While some guests have noted that the Diamond Halo treatment could be more relaxing, the overall experience is highly recommended, and the price point is considered reasonable for the quality and expertise provided. The innovative approach to head spa treatments and the attention to detail in the spa's design and amenities are major strengths. However, some guests have experienced inconsistencies in service, and the checkout process could be improved.
