I've visited Hallmark Accountants at their location in Tampa City, and overall, I was impressed with the experience. The quality of service was good, with a knowledgeable team who helped me understand my financial situation. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance were a plus, making it easy for everyone to access the office. Although I didn't get a chance to see the entire facility, the reception area was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable during my appointment. However, the pricing was not disclosed to me clearly, which made it difficult for me to make a decision. I would have liked more transparency in this regard. It's worth noting that they are award-winning, as one of the clients pointed out that they have been recognized as the Best CPA firm in Tampa for 13 consecutive years. However, this wasn't something I experienced personally. One area for improvement I noticed was the limited working hours on Fridays, closing at 16:00. A bit earlier closing might not be suitable for all clients, and I would suggest considering extending the hours to better cater to different schedules.
