This business location has received overall positive reviews from clients. They have been praised for their quality of service, with many clients expressing their satisfaction with the grooming services provided by the experienced staff, including Peggy and Beth, who have been in the business for over 30 years. The business has been particularly successful in handling breeds such as papillons, poodles, and Yorkies, and clients have appreciated their attention to detail and ability to understand their pet's specific needs. However, there have been some issues with communication and professionalism, with some clients expressing frustration with the new management team and feeling that they didn't receive the same level of care and attention that they had grown accustomed to with the previous owners. Additionally, there have been some concerns about the business's ability to adapt to changes and handle difficult situations, as evidenced by a client's negative experience with a puppy grooming session and another client's difficulty in rescheduling an appointment. In terms of pricing, the business has received high marks for being competitive and offering good value for the services provided. Regarding innovativeness, the business has not necessarily stood out as a leader in new ideas or techniques, but their commitment to providing high-quality service and attention to detail is appreciated by their clients. One major issue that has been highlighted is the sudden change in ownership and management, which has caused some disruption and disappointment for long-time clients. The new management team has not yet demonstrated the same level of expertise and customer service that the previous owners were known for, which has led to some negative reviews and concerns. Overall, this business location has a loyal client base and a strong reputation for quality service, but it faces challenges in terms of adapting to changes and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
