The overall cleanliness and condition of the machines are satisfactory, although some of the washers and dryers may be old or in need of repair. However, some of the dryers may not work properly, and the attendants may not be available to assist with any issues. Some customers have reported issues with dirty machines, broken dryers, and poor customer service. The location has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, which is a plus for accessibility. However, some customers have complained about the lack of staff presence and the need to call a number to report issues. The laundry location is open from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM on weekdays and has 24-hour access on Wednesdays. This is a convenient option for those who need to do laundry late at night. However, some customers have reported issues with noise levels and crowding. One major issue that stands out is the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in some areas of the laundry. Several customers have reported dirty machines, broken dryers, and poor bathroom conditions.
