The location is a well-regarded cancer treatment center with a team of dedicated professionals. The doctors and staff are praised for their expertise, kindness, and attentiveness. Patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. The new location may seem chaotic at first, but the staff is efficient and organized. However, some patients have expressed frustration with the change in environment, feeling like they are just a number rather than a patient. One patient had a particularly poor experience with the check-in process and felt disrespected by the staff. Despite these issues, the majority of patients have had positive experiences and praise the staff for their exceptional care.
